- Generate the smoke detector sensitivity report.
- Check and record VAV (Variable Air Volume) status and room temperature for all floors.
- Check and respond to BMS emails.
- Respond to BMS phone calls, receive complaints/queries, and update them in the reactive tracker.
- Review WhatsApp updates and record complaints in the reactive tracker.
- Create work orders in Corrigo for all types of complaints.
- Receive closure status of reactive open points from FE/Technicians and update tracker/Corrigo.
- Associate complaint tracker entries with Corrigo numbers and share with HSM.
- Share Corrigo dump details with the team for the shift.
- Respond to BMS/FAPA/Vendor/Project‑related complaint emails.
- Follow fire alarm protocol and share the report immediately when an alarm occurs.
- Send AHU ON/OFF request emails to the builder team for night‑shift operations.
- Record all‑floor energy meter readings and update the daily consumption report.
- Send vendor entry pass emails to the security team (weekday/weekend).
- Prepare and share the weekly Hard Services Major Activities PPT with the team (Weekend).
- Conduct weekly Fire Alarm & PA System testing and share the report with the team (Weekend).
- Send the weekly Corrigo dump to the internal team (Weekend).
- Send the weekly BMS activity report to the internal team (Weekend).
