Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support BMC Helix ITSM solutions.
- Work on core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Configure workflows, forms, and business rules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient ITSM solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix, BMC Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms.
- Strong experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management modules.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience configuring workflows, forms, and business rules.
- Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
- Experience working on enterprise ITSM implementation, customization, or support projects.
