About the Role
We are looking for BMC Helix Developers with strong hands-on experience in Digital Workplace (DWPC), integrations, customization, and CMDB.
You will work on developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting BMC Helix solutions in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize BMC Helix / Remedy applications based on business requirements.
- Work extensively on Digital Workplace (DWPC) configurations and customizations.
- Develop and troubleshoot BMC integrations with internal and external applications.
- Work on CMDB configuration, data, relationships, and related processes.
- Configure and customize workflows, forms, rules, and other BMC components.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver BMC Helix solutions.
Must-Have Skills
- 3-6 years of relevant BMC Helix / Remedy experience
- Strong hands-on experience in DWPC / Digital Workplace
- Strong experience in BMC integrations
- Hands-on experience in BMC customization
- Good knowledge of CMDB
- Experience with BMC workflows, forms, rules, and configurations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Experience with REST/API-based integrations
- Experience with Atrium Integrator
- Exposure to BMC Helix ITSM
- Experience working on enterprise BMC implementations.
