Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BMC Draughtsman/Architect, based in Mumbai. The role involves creating and drafting architectural drawings, collaborating with the design and engineering teams, ensuring compliance with BMC regulations, and managing integration of designs into projects. Responsibilities also include contributing to architectural design development and overseeing project execution with precision and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including timeline management, resource allocation, and execution
- Proficiency in drafting software autocad and tools relevant to architectural design
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Mumbai, specifically BMC-related compliance
- Strong problem-solving, technical, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering degree/diploma
- Prior experience in creating municipal drawings/approval drawings.
