Remote Senior Frontend Developer (React)

We're looking for an experienced and highly collaborative Senior Frontend Developer with deep expertise in React and a proven GitHub track record. You'll help architect and build polished, performant web experiences, working alongside a talented team of engineers, designers, and product leads. What You'll Do Architect and develop responsive, production-grade React applications using TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Vite Integrate cleanly with backend APIs (REST, WebSockets) and microservices built with FastAPI + MongoDB Drive frontend codebase quality through GitHub-based collaboration — detailed PRs, code reviews, Git workflows, and discussions Collaborate with design and product to refine UI/UX and build reusable, accessible components Own frontend performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices Mentor other engineers and contribute to cross-functional design/engineering reviews Help maintain and evolve our design system, component library, and testing strategy What You Bring 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development 3+ years of React + TypeScript experience in production SaaS environments Strong knowledge of Zustand, Redux, or equivalent state management Expertise in GitHub workflows: managing branches, writing meaningful PRs, resolving conflicts, participating in collaborative reviews History of contributing to or maintaining GitHub repositories (personal, open source, or internal teams) Familiarity with build tools like Vite, Webpack, or esbuild Understanding of performance optimization, semantic HTML, accessibility, and testing best practices Comfort integrating REST and WebSocket APIs Bonus Points For Contributions to open source frontend projects (please include links) Experience working on SaaS platforms or e-commerce automation Familiarity with our backend stack: FastAPI, MongoDB, Redis CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Docker, ArgoCD) Experience with component-driven development (e.g., Storybook) Why Join Blutech / Quixess Work on a modern automation platform powering real businesses 100% remote with flexible work hours Strong engineering culture with emphasis on ownership and GitHub-first collaboration Competitive compensation and room for growth Influence product direction and core architectural decisions
