Director, Analytics (Founder's Office)

Blume Ventures, India's leading early-stage venture capital firm, is hiring for the role of Director, Analytics (Founder's Office). This is a remote role. The Director, Analytics (Founder's Office) will be responsible for building the analytics and insights function for the Founders' Office. You will partner closely with the founders and leadership team to drive data-backed decisions across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Build and scale the analytics function for the Founders' Office - Develop and implement analytical frameworks, dashboards, and reporting to provide actionable insights to the portfolio founders and Blume leadership - Leverage data from diverse sources to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and make recommendations that drive impact - Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, value creation, and portfolio teams to drive data-driven initiatives - Own the analytics roadmap and champion a data-driven culture across the organization - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in VC/PE analytics and implement relevant solutions
