The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance revenue growth, expand the customer base, and maintain strong relationships with key clients . Key Responsibilitie s: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.Lead sales team members to achieve sales goals.Come up with strategies to generate leads and conversations within our focused marketsSource contact details of our target audience from online sourcesMaintain a database of our addressable marketCreate sales presentations and present the same to potential customersCreate strategy decks showcasing how our offerings will elevate the customers marketing presenceCreate proposals covering scope and commercial offer for each customerEstablish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.Stay up-to-date with latest digital trends and ensure sales team members are on board.Meet and exceed self and team sales targets consisten tly RequirementsProven work experience as a Sales Head, Sales Manager, or similar senior sales role.Deep understanding of B2B tech and digital marketing industryAbility to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.Experience in lead identification and email marketing toolsExperience with CRM software and MS Office suite.In-depth understanding of the digital marketing industry and its current events.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving s kills BenefitsPaid LeavesHealth Insu rance
