Role: Agentic AI Architect
Experience: 6–8 years total, with 3–5 years in production AI/agentic systems
Job Type: Contractual
Location: Remote, India (occasional travel to Thailand)
This is a senior, hands-on architecture + leadership role focused on enterprise-grade agentic AI systems. The person owns the end-to-end AI architecture for client engagements, from design to production governance.
Core responsibilities:
- Design and build multi-agent AI systems (orchestration, RAG, memory, evaluation, guardrails).
- Architect solutions on AWS (Bedrock, Agent Core, SageMaker, Lambda, APIs, security).
- Define governance, explainability, observability, monitoring, and compliance for regulated industries (BFSI, telecom, insurance).
- Integrate AI with enterprise systems (legacy, IAM, VPCs, hybrid infra).
- Set evaluation frameworks, reliability standards, drift detection, and production monitoring.
- Review engineering work and ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
- Produce architecture documentation and reusable frameworks.
- Support pre-sales, stakeholder workshops, estimation, and delivery governance.
- Act as a technical leader across teams and engagements.
What we’re really looking for:
- Someone who has actually deployed agentic AI in production, not just experimented.
- Strong AWS + enterprise architecture background.
- Deep understanding of agentic AI failure modes, security risks, and governance.
- Comfortable explaining trade-offs to senior enterprise stakeholders.
- Blend of architect, tech lead, and AI governance expert.
