About the role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily responsibilities include: washing dishes through automatic dish machine, restocking dishes, trash removal, kitchen and service floor maintenance and other responsibilities as directed
  • Maintaining dining room and kitchen sanitation
  • Adhere to health, kitchen safety and sanitation standards


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
  • Previous Dishwashing or restaurant experience preferred
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays


Physical Demands

  • Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc., up to 50 pounds in weight
  • Ability to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelves
  • Mobility required during the entire shift
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
