Got a year of experience in software architecture? Some dev skills in your toolkit? Comfortable with cloud, Kubernetes, containers, and speaking English like a pro? Sounds like you might be our next Junior Architect.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Co-create innovative IT systems using microservices, DevOps, and our in-house tech: UMM, AgamaAPI, ESBeetle, StarBoost.
  • Design scalable, efficient architectures and prep technical documentation + POCs.
  • Ensure architectural consistency across project changes.
  • Work closely with business users, analysts, and devs to align tech with needs.
  • Help define solutions with client-side stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ year in an architectural role (dev background a plus).
  • Solid Java/JEE knowledge.
  • Experience or solid grasp of microservices, cloud, containers, and Kubernetes.
  • English at B2+ level.
  • Familiarity with UML/BPMN (Enterprise Architect welcome).
  • Understanding of integration (systems/data), SOA, CASE tools, and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).

Nice-to-haves:

  • Hands-on with process or rule engines.
  • Experience in frontend and/or service-layer architecture.

Why us?

  • International projects, modern tech stack.
  • Real growth in architectural skills.
  • Great team, real impact, zero fluff.

We offer:

  • 👨‍💻 Work in a team of interdisciplinary experts and technology enthusiasts, inspired by working in a flat hierarchy;
  • 📈 Permanent full-time cooperation in an extraordinary company, which has been growing dynamically for 20 years;
  • 🚀 Possibility of development in various IT projects realized for well-known and recognizable clients – leaders in their industries;
  • 🥇 The ability to work with the latest technologies and the highest standards of development;
  • ⌚️ Flexible working hours and a hybrid or fully remote working model (different arrangements apply in different teams, we do not impose any options);
  • ☁ A number of initiatives supporting knowledge sharing and development, such as: internal training, thematic guilds, Cloud training and certification opportunities (technology partnerships in four clouds);
  • 📣 Possibility to learn English or German online and English lessons for teams;
  • 🏋️‍♂️ Multisport card and medical insurance;
  • ⛵️ Sea adventures co-financed by company – we regularly sail in the Caribbean, Mediterranean or North Sea.
