AI/ML Engineer

Blueprint is looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models to power our AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for AI/ML applications, and deliver high-performing, scalable, and maintainable ML systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop end-to-end ML pipelines, from data preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment - Build and optimize ML models using a variety of techniques such as supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using AI/ML - Continuously improve model performance, reliability, and scalability - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and implement appropriate technologies - Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for our AI/ML initiatives
