UX / UI Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX / UI DESIGNER to join our team and drive the creative direction within the business and projects. You should understand 'big picture' strategic thinking and be able to help conceptualise, problem solve and manage stakeholder conversations during the initial sales process; client design workshops; and throughout the creative process, ensuring that all our designs talk back to the client's business requirements and project objectives. At Bluegrass we love and use Figma as our design tool, and we need you to have deep experience with Figma. Creating beautiful, modern and highly creative UI designs is the primary skill we need from you, as we do have strong UX experience within the team to assist with the UX process. You will be supported by and will work closely with our Head of Product and Solutions Director.
