The Academic Specialist fosters future leaders in AEC by integrating Bluebeam and NEVARIS solutions into academic programs in Europe, focusing on Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and France.

The Academic Program connects classrooms and industry through access and exposure, resources for adoption, and networking with Bluebeam's customer network for professional preparedness. The Academic Specialist designs and implements initiatives to expand our academic presence, ensuring relevance in an evolving educational and industry landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development & Planning:• Create and share a strategic growth plan for the Bluebeam Academic Program, aligned with organizational goals, to expand across DACH, France, and EU regions.• Set measurable objectives to promote program growth and integration into academic ecosystems.
Program Management & Collaboration:• Regularly work with internal teams to influence academic program strategies and represent the academic community in interdepartmental initiatives.• Manage program initiatives from concept to execution and post-implementation analysis, ensuring alignment with program pillars.
Partnership & Relationship Development:• Build strong relationships with academic stakeholders to understand their goals, tailor resources, and drive solution adoption.• Identify and manage opportunities for academic partnerships, sponsorships, and participation in relevant events.
Outreach & Representation:• Represent Bluebeam/NEVARIS at educational and industry events as an expert in academic programming and AEC technology.• Deliver dynamic product demonstrations for faculty and students, enhancing product knowledge.
Communications & Content Development:• Lead academic communications strategies, including webpages, emails, surveys, marketing materials, and social media campaigns tailored to regional and cultural contexts.• Ensure all content reflects understanding of DACH, France, and EU academic contexts.
Data Analytics & Reporting:• Track, analyze, and report program data and insights to measure effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
Licensing & Technical Support:• Manage academic licensing operations, ensuring clear communication regarding eligibility, installation, and support.
