Role 1: BY Solution Architect
Location: PAN INDIA
Engagement mode: Hybrid
Primary Skills:
Proven experience architecting and designing cloud-native SaaS solutions in supply chain planning
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with JDA/Blue Yonder Enterprise Planning on EKB
Deep functional expertise in Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) processes
Strong understanding of the retail planning domain
Solid business analysis capabilities (requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design)
Secondary Skills:
Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms for deployment and integration
Ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations and solution walkthroughs to stakeholders
Awareness of or exposure to AI/ML algorithms, R, and Python packages
Understanding of databases, Snowflake, and DevOps processes for solution lifecycle management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross-functional and customer teams
Blue Yonder Implementation Experience is must

Deep functional knowledge of Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) processes
Solid understanding of the retail planning domain and associated business processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing consulting work
Secondary Skills:
Experience with cloud-based planning solutions implementation and support
Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
General knowledge of supply chain management concepts and planning best practices
Understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms relevant to planning and forecasting
Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong ownership of deliverables
