About the role

Well, everything as stated for the lower grades, with more emphasis on professional expertise and skills Translates outcome of KPIs, data, or model analyses into strategic business decisions In depth understanding of Supply chain process and KPI Understand the business problem and model it in BY Luminate solutions Perceived as expert and go-to person for all Luminate solutions Mentors and guides other DSCs and SAs Liaisons with Product Development and other teams to resolve issues and position required features Supports PD in coding and implementing features Proactively drives initiatives to enhance deployment and functionality of our solutions Can perform DS POC on his/her own and acts as a SA at the same time Shapes, improves and templatises project delivery (design phase, construction phase etc.) based on best practices and in line with NPIs Can lead interdisciplinary team of DSCs and other experts to drive customer or internal projects Learn NPI, required tools and technology and enable the team Leads customer workshops Perceived as expert and go-to person for all Luminate solutions Perceived as pro expert in statistics and AI/ML Perceived as trusted advisor on Luminate solutions, data science, statistics, ML/AI, as well as retail and manufacturing supply chain processes Interacts with customer senior management to present data-driven, strategic enhancements
