Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder Consultant with strong expertise in Demand Planning, Fulfillment, and Order Optimization modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, support, and optimization of Blue Yonder/JDA solutions along with strong Oracle SQL and integration knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with business stakeholders and planners to gather and analyze requirements for planning process optimization
• Review country-specific business requirements and enhance supply and demand planning processes
• Build user stories and provide functional solutions for business needs
• Resolve incidents and support day-to-day Blue Yonder planning activities
• Work closely with development and deployment teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Coordinate with Blue Yonder support team and manage BY support cases
• Support UAT planning, execution, and functional testing during implementations and rollouts
• Assist key users in understanding Blue Yonder/MDSP solutions and functionalities
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in Blue Yonder/JDA Demand and Fulfillment modules
• Experience with Order Optimization module
• Strong experience in Fulfillment Functional Consulting
• 10+ years of relevant implementation/support experience in Blue Yonder/JDA
• Strong Oracle SQL skills for incident analysis and solution design
• Experience in integration with ERP systems, reporting tools, and source/target systems
• Good understanding of Blue Yonder/JDA Batch Framework and IGPMGR
• Agile/DevOps working experience is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English communication (written and spoken)

• Experience working in global support and implementation environments
• Strong collaboration and team coordination skills
