Job Title: Blue Yonder Application Supporter
Required Skill Set: : PL/SQL, UNIX, Blue Yonder
Location: PAN INDIA
Experience Range: 5+ years
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- Good hands-on Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL.
- Good hands-on experience on Unix/Shell Scripting.
- Work closely with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Good Communication, Presentation and Client Facing Skills.
Good-to-Have
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to supply chain management and JDA Blue Yonder technology.
- Configure and Support JDA Blue Yonder solutions including modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization and SCPO technology.
- Provide ongoing support for JDA Blue Yonder application, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement enhancements as needed.
- Good hands-on experience on Supply Chain Processes
Experience in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain - Distribution business domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking for the jobs are successfully started/completed.
- Improve Applications Performance.
- Checking daily logs, system status of JDA application.
- Running the batch jobs.
- Troubleshooting of failed jobs.
- Resolving technical issues and provide technical suggestion/solution.
- Restarting the JDA application as per the user request.
- Onsite Offshore team coordination
