About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven decision-making and eager to grow in the field of marketing analytics. You will support campaign performance analysis, maintain dashboards, and contribute to reporting efforts across digital channels. Key Responsibilities Problem Solving Analyze campaign performance data across digital channels. Identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities. Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking Communication Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain dashboards and reports that communicate campaign performance and customer behavior. Communicate roadblocks, issues, and deadlines effectively. Report findings to senior analytics team members. Reliability Ensure timely delivery of recurring reports. Maintain accuracy and consistency in data handling and reporting. Follow established processes and escalate issues when necessary. Responsibility Take ownership of assigned analytics tasks from start to finish. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance policies. Support recurring reporting needs. Ability to work independently and collaboratively Time management and organizational skills Feedback & Collaboration Participate in personal review processes and provide peer feedback. Offer constructive feedback to managers and cross-functional teams. Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement Expertise & Growth Understand key marketing metrics. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Required Technical Skills Excel / Google Sheets SQL Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Qlik) Experience with marketing data (Paid Media, Social, Retail, Web Analytics) Additional Skills (Bonus) Python or R Knowledge of Ad Servers Campaign tagging and UTM tracking Familiarity with Data Warehousing, ETL processes, and APIs Background Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business) Internship or project experience in data analysis or digital marketing is a plus Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and customer behavior analytics
