Blue Island Recycling, LLC is a family-owned scrap metal recycling company building on safety, reliability, and respect for our employees. We are growing and looking for experienced CDL drivers to join our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate end dumps and Benlee roll-off trucks
- Haul scrap metal between our yard and customer locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
- Comply with DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and yard personnel

QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid CDL Class A License
- Experience with end dumps and roll-offs required
- Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
- Strong safety awareness and reliability
