Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Blue Collar Recruiter role located in Secunderābād. The Blue Collar Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified driver-partners who meet the company’s safety and service standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing hiring pipelines, conducting recruitment campaigns, coordinating background verifications, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols. The role requires close collaboration with operations teams to meet hiring targets and support the company’s mission of providing safe and reliable mobility solutions for children.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in recruiting blue-collar workers such as drivers.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential candidates.
- Familiarity with compliance and safety requirements related to transportation and logistics industries.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and recruiting practices in Secunderābād or similar regions.
- Proven organizational and time management skills combined with the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
- Experience in leveraging technology, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment software, is an advantage.
- Previous experience in transport, logistics, or mobility industries is a plus.
