Salary range: 20000-25000INR/month + Performance bonus possible


About the role: ODN Recruitment is scaling its "SmartStaffing" operations. We provide dedicated recruitment support for top Dutch agencies. We are not looking for "admin" recruiters; we are looking for Sourcing Engines – people who can find, screen, and deliver high-quality candidates at speed.


Your responsibilities:

  • Aggressive Sourcing: Utilizing Facebook Groups, Jooble, and other platforms to find candidates for the Dutch market (logistics, production, agriculture).
  • High-Volume Screening: Conducting 20-30 screening interviews daily via WhatsApp/Phone.
  • Qualification: Verifying English levels, driving licenses, and motivation for physical work in the Netherlands.
  • Reporting: Maintaining a clean pipeline and meeting daily KPIs (Min. 3-5 qualified candidates submitted per day).
  • Branding: Creating engaging job ads using Canva.


Requirements (Non-negotiable):

  • Experience: Min. 2 years in high-volume/blue-collar recruitment (experience with European markets is a huge plus).
  • Infrastructure: Your own reliable laptop, phone (with possiblity to download WhatsApp business), and MANDATORY good internet connection
  • Mindset: Result-driven, proactive, and "European" communication style (direct and honest).
  • Languages: Fluent English (C1/B2) – you must be able to judge a candidate's language skills accurately.
  • Availability: 100% available during Dutch business hours (CET).
