Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Blue Collar Recruiter, based in Kasba. The Blue Collar Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar roles. Daily tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing hiring campaigns, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience for applicants. In collaboration with hiring managers, the Recruiter will identify workforce needs and develop strategies to meet hiring goals and deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting for blue-collar or similar roles, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders
- Knowledge of recruitment trends, processes, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to hiring practices is a plus
- Ability to build a reliable pipeline of candidates to meet recruitment goals
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing, service, or related industry is an added advantage
