DMC Finishing School Pvt. Ltd., Pune is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team and support large-scale hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source candidates through job portals, local networks, and outreach activities
- Coordinate interviews and assist with candidate evaluation
- Handle documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities
- Support high-volume hiring drives and walk-in events
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate or candidates with a background in Business Administration (BBA/MBA)
- Prior experience in recruitment is an advantage
- Based in or willing to work from Patiala, Punjab or nearby areas
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Compensation:
As per industry standards
