This role requires experience with talent sourcing and pre-screening experience, attention to detail, and a strong customer-service mindset. In addition to talent acquisition responsibilities, this role provides operational HR support as needed and serves as backup to other People Operations team members during periods of PTO or increased workload. This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional looking to deepen their expertise in all areas of recruiting and onboarding administration within a collaborative, compliance-focused environment.
YOU WILL
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, uncover gaps in hiring decisions, and align on role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop pre-screening questions aligned with hiring manager needs, role requirements, and minimum qualifications.
- Review and screen applicants across multiple open roles.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear summaries and recommendations.
- Source candidates for hard-to-fill clinical roles using job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain pipelines for priority clinical positions.
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system to support process efficiency and visibility.
- Monitor pipeline health and adjust sourcing efforts based on hiring needs.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process to maintain a consistent and positive candidate experience.
- Support onboarding coordination, including background check tracking, document follow-up, and start date communication.
- Partner with Talent Operations and People Ops to ensure a smooth handoff from offer acceptance through start date.
YOU WILL BRING
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience screening candidates in a high-volume environment
- Ability to assess qualifications and make sound recommendations
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Strong organization and time management skills
Preferred Education and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support
- Experience supporting clinical or healthcare roles
- Experience sourcing for hard-to-fill positions
- Familiarity with high-volume hiring environments
