About the role
We are a dynamic and fast-growing iGaming platform offering sports betting, casino, fantasy, and online gaming experiences to a diverse audience. We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team — someone who can turn numbers into insights, drive data-backed decisions, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of player, transaction, and platform data.
Generate detailed reports on user behavior, game performance, and market trends.
Create dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs, conversions, and profitability.
Identify opportunities for improving player retention, engagement, and acquisition.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to provide actionable insights.
Monitor risk, fraud patterns, and payment activity to assist in decision-making.
Stay updated with industry benchmarks and best practices in iGaming data analysis.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst in the iGaming or online gaming industry.
Strong command over Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Knowledge of any — Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada — will be an added advantage.
Understanding of gaming KPIs like player lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, churn rate, and ARPU is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
