Guide users through technical hiccups, gameplay questions, or payment-related concerns like a pro. Decode complex issues, provide actionable solutions, and make users feel heard, helped, and happy. Work closely with product and tech teams to escalate tricky issues – no dead ends here. Keep a pulse on product updates, bugs, and community feedback – be the voice that connects users and teams. Maintain clear, concise records of customer interactions (yes, being organized is cool here). You'll Thrive Here If You Have: 1–3 years of experience in fintech, online gaming, or a fast-paced digital support environment. Fluency in English and any two of the following: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam. A natural knack for empathy, tech-savviness, and problem-solving on the fly.
