To enhance our customer experience, we are looking for a Customer Support / Chat Support Executive with prior experience in the iGaming industry. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time chat, email, and phone support to customers regarding account issues, payments, withdrawals, game queries, and promotions.
- Assist users with troubleshooting login issues, transaction failures, and other technical concerns.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Guide players on deposit methods, bonuses, wagering requirements, and responsible gaming policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Stay updated on new games, promotions, and platform changes to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Support / Chat Support role within the iGaming industry (casino, sports betting, or online gaming) is a must.
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Additional languages like Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu are a plus).
- Knowledge of casino games, sports betting, and payment methods used in iGaming.
- Ability to handle multiple chats and resolve queries efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, live chat platforms, and support ticketing systems.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
