Role Description
The Blown Film Executive will oversee daily operations of blown film extrusion, ensuring consistent production quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing machine operations, troubleshooting production issues, monitoring materials, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role will require coordination with cross-functional teams to optimize production and implement improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management with organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with Marketing and Public Relations strategies to enhance team collaboration and communication
- Background in Broadcasting or Drama is welcomed for improved communication skills and teamwork dynamics
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a production environment
- Experience in packaging or manufacturing industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
