<li>Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.</li>
<li>Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with ethical standards.</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment adjustments.</li>
<li>Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of ABA therapy.</li>

<li>Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.</li>
<li>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.</li>

<li>Strong analytical skills and experience with data collection and analysis.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
