User Support - Buy-side Order Management System (AIM) Support Representative

We are looking for a User Support - Buy-side Order Management System (AIM) Support Representative to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients using the Bloomberg AIM order management system. You will work closely with our clients to understand their issues and provide timely and effective solutions. You will also be responsible for escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams and ensuring that client requests are addressed in a timely manner.
