About the role

This role is responsible for providing premium technical support and client engagement to our Exchanges Data clients. The Senior Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of strategic clients, developing deep understanding of their needs and delivering exceptional client service. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, driving user adoption, communicating product updates, and working closely with the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to address client requirements.
