Senior Software Engineer – Storage Distributed Upstream

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to work on our distributed storage and systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable storage systems that power Bloomberg's core business. You will work on challenges such as data replication, consistency models, performance optimizations, and observability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the storage systems meet the evolving needs of our business. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills, experience with distributed systems, and a passion for solving complex technical problems.
