The Bloomberg Philanthropies Summer Internship Program is designed to attract students whose academic interests and career goals align with our mission, while helping them develop a broad range of professional skills and experiences. As part of a cohort-based program, interns participate in an enriching and rewarding experience that offers exposure to the work of global philanthropy. Interns contribute directly to projects and assignments, allowing them to explore their interests, strengthen their skills, and gain meaningful experience from day one. Throughout the summer, we host a variety of events, including presentations by our CEO and program teams, cultural outings, professional development workshops, and volunteer activities. Interns also have the opportunity to network with peers at Bloomberg LP and engage with senior leaders across the Company. Interns are placed across departments such as Bloomberg Associates, Arts, Education, Environment, Government Innovation, Public Health, Greenwood Initiative, Events, Human Resources, Operations, Information & Technology, Grants Management, and Communications.
