Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site/remote role located in Pune for a Blockchain Lead. The Blockchain Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining blockchain-based solutions. The role involves leveraging distributed ledger technologies (DLT) and cryptographic tools to manage secure transactions, leading the development and integration of smart contracts, and ensuring seamless collaboration with finance teams. As a leader, the individual will oversee blockchain projects, manage cross-functional teams, and take ownership of blockchain‑based platform for real‑world asset(RWA) investing with full transparency — on‑chain audit trails, capital flows, and investor dashboards.
You'll own:
-Smart contract architecture & deployment (Solidity on Polygon/EVM)
-RWA patterns (asset units, revenue distribution, ERC‑1400/3643‑style compliance)
-Backend APIs + oracle integrations (Chainlink, payments/KYC)
Investor dashboard + portfolio tracking
-Security, audits, and main net deployment
Must‑haves:
-3+ yrs exp, 2+ yrs Solidity/Web3 (deployed audited contracts)
-Hardhat/Foundry, Ethers.js, security best practices
-Backend exp (Node.js/TS + APIs/databases)
-Clear communicator (explain tech to non‑tech founders)
Nice to have:
-RWA/DeFi production work
-L2s, oracles, regulated products

Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)
- Knowledge of Cryptography and its application in secure transaction processes
- Hands-on experience working with Cryptocurrencies and related technologies
- Understanding of financial systems and the ability to integrate blockchain technology within finance frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to blockchain development and implementation
- Effective leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of programming languages and blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger) is advantageous
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
