Compliance Lead, KYC

As the Compliance Lead, KYC, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance program for Block's financial products and services, including Square, Cash App, and Afterpay. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and risk teams to design and implement compliant KYC processes that balance regulatory requirements with customer experience. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry best practices, and for developing and driving the implementation of KYC-related policies, procedures, and controls.
