Hospitality Ambassador (Seasonal)

Pay Range: $ 25.75 per hour (Weekly Pay & Pay Advance Before Pay Day!)

Shift/Schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Ready to bring the energy and be the friendly face of one of Boston’s busiest neighborhoods? We’re looking for outgoing, upbeat Hospitality Ambassadors to help create a welcoming, vibrant experience throughout the Longwood Medical Area.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet pedestrians, patients, visitors, and staff with a warm, positive attitude
• Help people navigate the area by providing clear, accurate directions
• Share the fun! Guide guests to local happenings like lawn games, food trucks, pop-up events, and live entertainment
• Be a go-to resource for questions, recommendations, and neighborhood info
• Keep the vibe high by creating a safe, friendly, and engaging environment
• This role will provide a high level of visibility at the street level to carry out a wide variety of tasks to improve the overall experience and appearance of the zone they are assigned to. Must maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
• Actively acknowledge and engage pedestrians and visitors with a friendly greeting/smile in order to provide directions and/or city information.
• Be watchful for unwanted behaviors or criminal activity and report to the Safety Ambassadors via two-way radios. Must be able to complete basic daily reports of tasks completed which requires being proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language.
