About the role

We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our support team. You will be the first point of contact for our users, helping them resolve queries, understand our products, and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and resolve issues effectively. Log all interactions and maintain records in CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues. Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements for a better customer experience. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solution-driven attitude throughout all interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with support tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar CRMs is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations. Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
