We’re now looking for a Category Manager who shares our enthusiasm and ambition to shape and grow the brand. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving strategy and execution across key product categories, ensuring each category contributes to our larger mission of giving a bold, authentic voice to our brand among the women of India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing product categories, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals
  • Analyze sales data, customer preferences, and competitive trends to optimize product selection by running experiments
  • Collaborate with the growth, design and sourcing teams to develop category-specific promotions and campaigns
  • Support new product launches by gathering insights, tracking performance, and providing recommendations
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as growth, planning and operations to ensure seamless category execution
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track category performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory
  • Be the backbone for setting up and implementation of all processes in the category team
  • Work with category managers to ensure top-line and bottom-line targets are met


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 Institute
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of work ex in startup (plus if in consumer startup)
