We are looking for a Senior Manager – FP&A who will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and investor reporting while partnering with city expansion, operations, and investor relations teams to drive financial efficiency and business profitability.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Budgeting and Reporting

• Responsible for delivery of comprehensive, accurate and timely reporting of P&L
• Drive forecasting along with identifying opportunities for improvement of metrics
• Budget vs forecast analysis
• Working with Financial Reporting team to ensure timely and accurate P&L delivery
• Be the face for business finance with the auditors

Analytics and Automation

• Understand leverage points and driving P&L improvement basis the same
• Event wise P&L to ensure every event / festival is incrementally accretive net of costs
• Thrive for standardization and automation of reporting to ensure more team bandwidth on
• Understand Cost / Benefit for new initiatives and drive the same

City P&L management and Growth

• Drive discussions with city / expansion teams on their respective P&Ls and ensure improvement
• Ensure growth path is maintained at a city / store level along with better profitability

Investor Reporting

• Work with Investor relations teams to drive business rationale and long term strategy from an investor perspective.
