Job Summary/Overview
As a Customer Care Executive at Blinkit, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through inbound chats and calls. Not only will you provide them with updates on their orders, but you'll also be the face of Blinkit, representing the company in all communications. Responsibilities
Manage incoming client calls and chat inquiries efficiently.
Foster excellent communication by providing accurate information regarding Blinkit services and order statuses.
Adapt to a 24/7 work environment with rotating shifts.
Research, interpret, and evaluate essential information related to customer inquiries.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong command of the English language with decent pronunciation.
Must have basic knowledge of chat support.
Technical requirements: Windows 10, I5 Processor, 8 GB RAM, and WiFi.
