As a Remote Chat Support Associate at Blinkit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries through our online chat platform. Your role will involve assisting customers with order-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:- Responding to customer queries and concerns via online chat in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and product information- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers- Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers- Documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team- Adhering to company policies and procedures- Continuously learning and updating product knowledge to better assist customersRequired Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent customer service orientation- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)- Basic computer and technical skills- Quick learner and adaptable to change- Reliable and punctual- Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid work environmentPreferred Qualifications:- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role- Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry- Knowledge of digital platforms and chat-based support
