As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, and mailing information out to customers, as needed. This position is a hybrid position. If there is an unfilled callout, then you must cover the necessary shift. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills. </div><div> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><ul>
<li>Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls</li>
<li>Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork</li>
<li>Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places</li>
<li>Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>CNA<ul><li>Great customer service skills</li></ul>

<li>Strong Communication Skills</li>
