Senior Data Science Manager

We're looking for a Lead Data Scientist with deep technical expertise and strong communication skills to lead end-to-end AI/ML projects for top-tier clients across marketing, customer experience, and business process optimization and operations. As a player-coach, you'll combine technical leadership, team mentorship, and hands-on delivery to produce client-facing impacts — designing cutting-edge solutions from statistical models to GenAI agents. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on innovation and is passionate about delivering measurable business value through data. What You Will Do Lead development of advanced analytics and AI/ML models (e.g., classification, time series, GenAI, computer vision, associative rules and decisioning). Design and oversee robust data pipelines using SQL, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Architect and implement solutions involving LLMs, transformer-based models, and AI agents for generative tasks and automation. Manage and mentor a team of data scientists; guide project execution and professional development. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate problems into machine learning solutions, deliver insights, and drive model deployment. Own model lifecycle: from data exploration to production deployment and monitoring (MLOps). Engage with multimodal data: text, image, audio, or behavioral data from web and app interactions. Ensure quality, reproducibility, and documentation of models and findings.
