Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Blander and Quality Executive Chemist located in Dankuni. The role involves blending materials and overseeing the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards. The candidate will also be responsible for quality control checks, quality auditing, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems. Additionally, communication with the team and supervisors to address production and quality issues will be a critical aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and materials effectively
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Auditing to ensure product standards are upheld
- Knowledge of Quality Management practices, including maintaining consistent standards and improving processes
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and relay findings succinctly
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Relevant academic or professional background in Chemistry or related scientific fields
- Work experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments is a plus
