Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Real Estate Closer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our attorneys and staff to prepare, coordinate, and finalize real estate closings while providing a seamless, client-focused experience. You will play an essential part in helping clients navigate one of the most important transactions of their lives.

Role Summary

The Real Estate Closer serves as the primary point of contact and coordinator for real estate transactions. This role functions as the central connector of the transaction by communicating with clients, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and internal pre-closing and post-closing teams to ensure files move smoothly and close accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

     Serve as the primary contact for clients, real estate agents, and lenders throughout the closing process

     Coordinate with Pre-Closing and Post-Closing teams to ensure all requirements are met

     Track file progress and ensure deadlines are met

     Review pre-closing work for completeness prior to closing

     Prepare and review closing documents and settlement statements

     Schedule closings and confirm readiness with all parties

     Communicate status updates clearly and proactively

     Identify issues and escalate appropriately to Senior or Lead Closers

 

Skills & Qualifications

     1–5+ years of real estate or legal experience

     Strong communication and client service skills

     High attention to detail and organization

     Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously

     Understanding of the real estate closing workflow
