Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Closer to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring each real estate transaction starts off accurately and efficiently. As a Pre-Closer, you will handle the intake and setup of new files, review key documents, and support the closing team by coordinating with clients, attorneys, and lenders. Your work will create the foundation for a seamless and successful closing experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Open new files and input data into the firm’s case management system
• Review contracts, loan documents, and related correspondence to accurately set up new orders
• Schedule closing appointments and assist with calendar coordination
• Send Engagement Letters to clients
• Order mortgage payoffs and communicate with HOA management companies to obtain required documents
• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and other team members during the initial stages of the closing process
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Provide general administrative support to ensure transactions progress smoothly
Qualifications
• Prior experience in real estate, legal, banking, or administrative roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfort with computers, data entry, and case management systems
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to client service
