- 21+ years of age required
- Must hold a current St. Louis County Security License or the ability to obtain one
- Must hold an active and valid Missouri or Illinois drivers license
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A minimum of 1 year of security experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Superior organizational, follow-up, and trouble-shooting skills
- Computer literacy with a focus on reporting
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
- Shift flexibility is desired
