Foster a fun, innovative, and inclusive team atmosphere
Join BlackRock as an VP supporting real-time trading operations within our fast-growing Aladdin Trader business. Aladdin Trader is an execution management system for fixed income. This is a unique opportunity to elevate the user experience and support model as part of the Aladdin Client Experience team. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues, drive platform stability, and shape the future of trading support through strategic tooling and partnerships.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), owning issues end-to-end—including follow-ups, recurrence prevention, and proactive monitoring of trading environments.
Act as a liaison between Client Service, Client Engagement, Implementations, Product Marketing, Engineering, and other internal teams to drive high-impact initiatives.
Experience in real-time trading environments, including incident management, latency troubleshooting, and post-trade reconciliation.
Hands-on experience with FIX protocol, including message parsing, session management, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Experience with real-time data feeds (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE) and market data normalization.
Experience with incident tracking and knowledge management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence).

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
