About the role
The Investment Product Strategy team is responsible for driving the strategic direction, management and development of BlackRock's Fundamental Equities product range. We work closely with the Portfolio Management and Distribution teams to ensure our product suite remains highly relevant and compelling to our clients.
As an Analyst or Associate on the team, you will be involved in a variety of strategic projects and day-to-day activities, including:
• Providing investment insights and thought leadership to support the positioning and marketing of our Fundamental Equities strategies
• Analyzing the competitive landscape and identifying new product opportunities
• Collaborating with Portfolio Managers to shape the investment proposition and product direction
• Delivering presentations and educational content for internal and external audiences
• Participating in various committees and governance forums
The role requires a combination of analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a strong understanding of and passion for investment management.
