Client Success Specialist, Vice President

The Client Experience Delivery team partners with clients to help drive their success with BlackRock's Aladdin platform and products. As a Client Success Specialist, Vice President, you will be responsible for driving adoption and usage of Aladdin products, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. You'll work closely with BlackRock's business and product teams to understand client needs and deliver value-added solutions. This role requires strong relationship management, client advisory, and analytical skills.
